ABP Newport Docks

Coreseal Ltd were tasked with carrying out 400mm dia holes for a regular client at Newport Docks, our hydraulic drills were perfect for the larger diameter holes.

Glangwili Hospital, Carmarthen

Coreseal operatives carried out concrete crunching works at Glangwili Hospital, as this work was close to a Neo-natal unit then crunching was the preferred method over the jack hammer as it was a quieter operation.

Prince Charles Hospital, Merthyr

Coreseal operatives carried out all the hygiene sealants at Prince Charles Hospital. We sealed all sanitary ware, floor to skirting board junctions, internal frames and around most fixtures and fittings.

As well as the standard colour range of silicone Coreseal Ltd can colour match most surfaces giving that finished look to all areas.

Floor Sawing, Bolton Hill WTW.

With Petrol, Diesel and Electric saws, Coreseal can offer many solutions for concrete sawing works. On this particular project we were required to cut through the base of the water tanks to allow for easier removal. As the site was a water treatment works Coreseal operatives used the electric 3 phase saw.

Ring Saw, Computational Foundry, Swansea University.

We needed to cut back a lift shaft wall as the concrete had been over cast. We chose on this occasion to use our Hydraulic Ring Saw.

Ring Saw and Pre-cut Saw, Pontypridd.

Another job where we used a pre-cut saw and ring saw to cut back a reinforced concrete wall that had been cast too high.

Thomas & Davies Merthyr.

Thomas and Davies called upon Coreseal Ltd to carry out some concrete sawing works to allow for new lighting at the Citroen showroom. Our team turned up in force and completed the works in one day allowing the electricians and tilers to comfortably finish on time.

Drilling Through Manhole Rings.

Coreseal are called time and time again to drill through manhole rings for incoming pipes. Our drill bits can be ordered to suit any pipe size.

Glynneath to Cwmgwrach Bridge.

Following the 2019/20 winter the bridge was damaged by flood water, Coreseal was called to assist our client in sawing through the structure so they could remove part of the bridge to install a temporary footpath.
